COLOMBO (News 1st): The Elections Commission has published the Extraordinary Gazette declaring SLPP member Jayantha Ketagoda as a Parliamentarian, today (17). Ketagoda was declared an MP to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ajith Nivard Cabraal.
