COLOMBO (News 1st) – A man identified as Mohamed Rafaideen Mohamed Ali also known as Abu Ikram was arrested by Police in Ampara. Police spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekera said he was arrested for receiving weapons training in Nuwara Eliya from terrorist Mohamed Zahran.
