COLOMBO (News 1st); Most parts of Sri Lanka are experiencing power cuts. A spokesperson for the Ceylon Electricity Board told News 1st that a technical issue experienced on the transmission cables from Kothmale to the Biyagama Grid Sub-Station was the cause of the power outage.
