COLOMBO (News 1st); Tensions flared at the Maharagama Urban Council while the National Anthem was being played on Friday (24). Chaotic scenes were witnessed following a revelation of financial malpractice at the Urban Council as ruling party members expressed their displeasure to the council chairman citing lack of transparency.
