COLOMBO (News 1st); Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa on Friday (04) instructed officials to provide immediate relief to the people affected by inclement weather. The Prime Minister had instructed for relief measures to be carried out via District Secretariats and also instructed the Finance Secretary to allocate the necessary provisions.
