COLOMBO (News 1st); A magnitude 1.94 minor tremor was reported at 04:39 PM on Wednesday (16) in Kumarigama close to the Victoria Dam, confirmed the Chairman of the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau (GSMB) Anura Walpola. “There is no threat from this minor tremor,” he said adding the GSMB is monitoring the situation.
