Colombo (News 1st); Parliamentarian Professor Charitha Herath was appointed as the chairman of the Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE). Professor Herath’s name was proposed by Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage and seconded by State Minister Jayantha Samaraweera.
