Thushara Upuldeniya appointed as acting commissioner general of prisons

COLOMBO (News1st): The cabinet of ministers has approved the appointment of Thushara Upuldeniya as the acting commissioner general of prisons, an official at the justice ministry said. Upuldeniya, is a career prisons officer, who had held the post of prisons superintendent, and also the spokesman for the prisons department.
