COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Ceylon Electricity Board states that 84 people who had obtained electricity in an unauthorized manner were arrested early this morning (March 1). Manager of the Special Investigation Unit at the CEB, Indika Fernando states that these individuals were arrested in raids conducted in Silawathura and Murukkan.
