COLOMBO(News 1st) -Major General Kamal Gunaratne assumed duties as the Defence Secretary. Army media spokesperson Major General, Sumith Atapattu stated that a number of senior officials including Commanders of the Triforces and the chief of Defence Staff were present at the occasion.
