COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Department of Meteorology states that strong winds could be experienced in the coastal area from Kankesanthurai to Mulaithivu across Trincomalee. The wind speed in the area is forecasted to suddenly increase up to about 70-80 kmph. The department urges the fishing and naval communities to be vigilant.
