COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of Meteorology forecasts an extreme heat weather condition for certain areas of the Trincomalee, Batticaloa and Ampara districts tomorrow (July 7). The department noted that the locals of these districts should take caution by drinking sufficient amounts of water, relaxing in shady places and dressing white or light coloured clothing.
