COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of Meteorology predicts an extreme heat condition in the Ampara and Batticaloa districts tomorrow (July 7). The department states that the residents living in these areas should take caution and drink sufficient water, rest in the shade and wear light coloured clothing.
