Colombo (News 1st) – The motion of confidence in Ranil Wickremesinghe submitted by UNP Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa passed in Parliament today with a majority of votes. 117 members of Parliament voted in favour of the motion. Members of the UPFA did not attend today’s Parliamentary session.
