Colombo (News1st): Tensions flared at the Balapitiya Pradeshiya Sabha today (November 21) when UNP Members entered the premises wearing black bands. Shortly afterward the members of the SLPP had also arrived wearing black bands. Both sides entered into an argument which resulted in a fisticuff.
