COLOMBO (News 1st) – President Maithripala Sirisena has issued instructions to the respective authorities to provide immediate relief to the people affected by the prevailing weather. The President instructed Minister Duminda Dissanayake over the phone from Seychelles, that financial constraints should not be an issue when providing relief to the affected people.
