Colombo (News1st) – President Maithripala Sirisena informed Ranil Wickremesinghe that he has been removed from the position of Prime Minister. In a letter to Wickremesinghe, the President had stated that has is exercising his powers and that the PM has been removed from his position in accordance with article 42(4) of the constitution.
