Colombo (News1st) – The price of a 450g loaf of bread is set to increase by Rs 5 with effect from midnight tonight. Chairman of the All Island Bakery Owners Association, N.K. Jayawardene stated that this decision was taken by the executive committee of the association. Jayawardene noted that the prices of other bakery products will remain unchanged.
