COLOMBO (News 1st) – A teacher, 35, who sexually assaulted a female student has been arrested in Bibila. Police spokesperson said the sexual assault was carried out over a sustained period of time. The teacher was arrested following a complaint lodged by the 18-year-old student’s parents.
