COLOMBO (News 1st) – Police officers opened fire at a van that was illegally transporting cattle when the vehicle failed to pull over on police orders. Akmeemana Police were able to locate and impound the vehicle and four cattle that were being transported. A search is now underway to find and arrest the suspects.
