COLOMBO (News 1st) – Underworld figure Mohamed Rauf Hilmi alias “Gamaa” has been sentenced to death after he was proven guilty of shooting and three youth with a T-56 firearm. The incident occurred on the 2nd of November 2006 in Wellampitiya. The verdict was delivered today (July 20) by Colombo High Court Judge, Shashi Mahendran.
