Hoole & daughter asked to leave EC premises

Election Commission (EC) member Prof. Ratnajeevan Hoole and his daughter were asked to leave the EC premises yesterday (19) when the EC staff protested against their presence; they claimed Hoole’s daughter had not undergone quarantine after returning from the UK.
Sources said that she had been allowed to undergo self quarantine at her Jaffna residence.

The EC premises were disinfected.
