COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 41-year-old heroin smuggler has been arrested from Peralanda, Ragama. A spokesperson for the Police confirmed that the suspect was in possession of over 109 g of heroin. The suspect who was identified as a resident of Ragama, Batuwaththa was arrested while travelling in a motorbike.
